Terms of Service

1. Scope of Work

Irvin Renovations provides specialized services including drywall, tile installation, floor repair, and general remodeling. The specific deliverables and timeline for any project will be outlined in a separate, written proposal provided to the client.

2. Payment Terms

A deposit is required to commence any project. The remaining balance is due upon final approval prior to project completion. Any additional requests outside the original scope will be quoted separately.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing access to the site and finalizing material selections (tiles, paint colors, etc.) in a timely manner to avoid project delays.

4. Liability

Irvin Renovations is committed to excellence and safety. We are not liable for pre-existing structural issues or damages caused by third-party materials not provided by us.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
